The Citizen / Client Charter (CCC) is a declaration that specifies the standards of service delivery that any organization subscribes to and the avenues for complaint resolution and other related information. Though not enforceable in a Court of Law, the Charter is intended to empower Citizens and Clients so that they are aware of expected standards of service and avail remedies in case of non-compliance
