Indent Management System (IMS)

Indent Management System (IMS) is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline the process of placing indents for petroleum products by the dealers/distributors. Customers can create new indents specifying the quantity, delivery location, desired delivery date etc.

IMS generates delivery schedules, assigns transportation resources, and tracks shipments in transit. Customers can track the status of their indents from placement to delivery, enhancing transparency and trust. IMS also provides comprehensive report functionalities to the users.

Material Gate Pass

The Gatepass System captures all incoming and outgoing materials of a location. Separate menu items are provided to handle the various categories of the materials viz. HPCL material, vendor material, incoming material, outgoing material, returning material, returnable material etc. Based on the flow of material from and to the location, IN & Out gate passes can be created.

Entry/Exit of transporter trucks, IN/OUT of contractor material is also recoded into the the system through this solution. System prompts the user for closure of any overdue IN/OUT gate pass thereby ensuring the completion of cycle.

Vessel Management System

The Vessel Management System (VMS) offers a comprehensive solution for generating detailed vessel analysis, comparing vessel performance, assessing Vessel Efficiency etc.

Available on Android devices, this cost-effective solution ensures accuracy and convenience. Users authenticate via OTP login, with initial registration tied to their mobile number. While on tour, employees can record attendance with precise geo-tagging at any location. Upon entering an HPCL location's perimeter, the app automatically registers attendance, geo-tagging the entry with location, date, and time. Furthermore, the app allows users to view their attendance records, enhancing transparency and efficiency in workforce management.

e-Filenote/e-Proposal

e-Filenote revolutionizes approval workflows with its digital solution, aligning seamlessly with established decision-making processes outlined in manuals like the Empowerment & Authority Manual and Procurement Manual. Users can initiate proposal-notes online, entering details and attaching necessary documents, while selecting routing based on approval authority. Its simple design boasts an intuitive user interface, allowing users to add or delete levels with ease. Unlimited intermediate approval levels cater to various processes, and joint approvals accommodate multiple department heads. With no restrictions on attachments and real-time notifications at each step, e-Filenote ensures efficiency. e-ShiftLog

Sandook

An in-house developed asset document management solution, addresses the complexities of managing multiple real estate properties across the country. Sandook's key features include predefined metadata for different documents, flexibility for asset bifurcation, partial document vaulting, multilevel approvals, and robust user management. It ensures real-time availability of digital records, enhancing visibility for top management and expediting document storage and retrieval during operations.

Optimistic Logistic Assistant

The (OLA) is an advanced system designed to efficiently assign indents to trucks. Optimize truck utilization, minimize delivery time, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Salient features of OLA are:-

  • Indent Analysis: Prioritizes the incoming orders based on delivery details, quantity, urgency, and special needs for timely fulfilment.
