Marathon Office’ at Mumbai has been awarded the Platinum Rating, the highest rating offered by Indian Green Building Certification (IGBC). The Office is provided with many green initiatives like interior layout planning, tracking the sunlight, LED lighting complimenting day light, Integrated Building Management system, Maximum utilization of Green Certified materials, Water Efficient Fittings, Energy Efficient equipment’s and Air Conditioning systems are some of them. Over and above the above mentioned initiatives, many new initiatives like common utility areas and recreational areas were also created for multipurpose use of the common areas to ensure maximum utilization.

Administrative Office building located in Wadala was awarded “Silver Rating” by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) under their IGBC Green Interiors Rating System. Office is built on the principals of sustainable development which include maximum utilization of daylight, usage of energy efficient LED lights, Presence detectors in cabins and toilet area, maximum usage of recyclable materials for construction and interior finishing. Rain water harvesting pit is also provided for Ground water recharge. The office is also provided with landscaping and trees on the outside. The office & its facilities are completely “Divyang” friendly in true sense.
