To reduce waiting time, Time-Motion studies were carried out at various Petrol pumps across the country. This has greatly helped in making the system of customer handling at the outlet robust, as well as improve the overall Queue management, reducing fueling time at the island and air filling time.

Quality & Quantity Assured through stricter adherence to Standard Operating Practices at these Club HP Star outlets. Rigorous training has been imparted to the Forecourt Salesmen making them ready to render the best of the services to the valued customers.
To monitor consistency in the Customer Service Standards, the Club HP Star outlets have CCTV for electronic surveillance round the clock.
