Systemic Improvements by LPG SBU

This app is used by the HP Gas Deliverymen. It provides practically all the functionality of HP Gas distributorship at the doorstep of the consumer. This is especially very important when travel has been curtailed & contact less transactions are preferred. The Vitaran App helps the consumer to Book, Pay, Update KYC (Registered Mobile No, Bank account), DBC requests etc.

Aadhaar of the consumer has to be linked to the LPG account, for getting subsidy. In case of new connection, eKYC has been provisioned on HP Gas consumer portal as well as thru the Distributor application [at] Distributorship. Further, Aadhaar authentication feature has been provisioned on the HP Gas consumer portal to enable consumers to complete their Aadhaar authentication by themselves. This has greatly eased the process for eKYC or Aadhaar authentication process of the consumer.

This is provisioned for the HP Gas consumer to enable transfer of his/her LPG connection to another LPG distributor, if so desired. So when the consumer changes his residence (within the city) or is not happy with the services of the existing distributor, the consumer can opt to transfer his connection without the hassle of visiting the distributorship personally. The consumer can initiate this feature from his mobile thru HPPAY app. Portability request can only be logged through USER Login in HP Gas Consumer Portal and HPPAY. Validation of request is done through OTP.

Anyone can apply for the new HP Gas connection without having to visit HP Gas distributorship. The connection can be applied by either logging into HP Gas consumer portal, HPPAY app or GOI’s Umang App.

All HP Gas customers can now opt for swapping cylinders at the time of booking. So customers who want 5 kg refill instead of 14.2 kg refill can book the same. During next booking they can revert back to 14.2 kg refill. This gives option to customers to pay as per their requirement.

New cashless options have been given to HP Gas customers to pay for their refill in multiple modes at different stages of booking. Now customer has option to pay at any stage between refill bookings till refill delivery. For making payment multiple new platforms have been given to customers like Paytm, Amazon, BBPS. Many new modes like QR Code (through Vitraan App).

HP Gas Customers have been given new option of Suvidha Booking. In this process, OBD calls are made to customers based on the Consumption pattern. At the end of call customers are asked to press 1 for booking. This has eased the booking process for the customers.

HP Gas Customer can also book refill by giving a missed call from registered mobile no. to +91-9493602222, this has made refill booking very simple and easy.

HP Gas Customer can avail various LPG services including booking of refills on WhatsApp number +91-9222201122. Services like Refill Booking, Subsidised Quota usage, LPG ID and Subsidy paid details are available on this platform.

For first time registration of mobile number, consumer is required visit HP Gas distributorship and submit written application along with POI/ Connection details. This is implemented to prevent misuse of mobile registration. For subsequent changes in mobile number, consumer can use IVRS/Portal which is validated thru OTP.

This App facilitates HP Gas consumers to avail various HP Gas related services like request for a New Connection, Book LPG Refill, Make Payment for Refill, Check Refill History, Request for portability, etc.
